: Your post made me curious so I did some reseach and determined when the impromptu festival was thrown in the hallway. I then cross referenced the DA Form 6 and found out that SP5 Andy Cowell was the CQ on duty...........HA!
I remember when I was on CQ and had to call the medics to haul someone off. They made him into a strecher sandwich. I for the life of me can't remember the guys name, just that they carried him over to the clinic with a strecher straped ontop to keep him inplace!
